• Requires no tools for routine maintenance and cleaning – The patented quick-disconnect nose housing and jaw allow front and rear end components can be serviced in minutes without removing the tool from the production line.
• Helps to keep work areas safe and clean with minimal downtime – The quick disconnect Mandrel Collection System (MCS) safely collects spent mandrels for quick, easy disposal and cleaner work areas. An air-isolation switch on the MCS prevents air fl ow when the MCS is disconnected.
• Can be used in virtually any workstation or production configuration – The ProSet range features an innovative left or right, on/off swivel air fitting, providing additional flexibility, reducing noise, conserving energy, and reducing operating costs. The quick vacuum filter access of the MCS means undesirable air exhaust can be directed away from the operator.
